Welcome to the Color Call Pro, displayed via the mobile application and online on the internet (together, the ''Service'') owned by Comeondev. By signing this document when first accessing our Service, you actively consent to this Privacy Notice.

If you consent thereto, we collect personal information from you in order to provide you with a personalized, useful and efficient experience, and also for advertising purposes. However, it is possible to enter into the Terms of Use Agreement with Comeondev without the provision of the below mentioned personal information, in which case you may still access and use the core functionality of the Color Call Pro. However, certain features may not be available to you as they require personal information input to function and the overall effectiveness of the Color Call Pro may deteriorate. Depending on your settings, the categories of information we collect include the categories of personal information as explained under 'further information'.

1.1. Information we collect from third party apps.
Collection: We may receive personal information such as your IP address, information related to the installation source, statistics regarding you and personal information related to the crashing of your device from third parties and other entities of the Comeondev – such as app development platforms and tracking and analytics platforms - and combine that with information we collect through our Service. The personal information we receive from these apps is dependent upon the other apps' policies and your privacy settings on those apps. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on these apps and services before using them.
Aim: Comeondev receives reports on the abovementioned personal information from third parties and other entities of the Comeondev in order to solve crash problems and to optimise your user experience.
1.2. Usage information collected automatically
Collection: We, and our third-party partners, automatically collect certain types of usage information when you use our Service, read our emails, or communicate with us. We typically collect this information through a variety of technologies, including cookies, pixels, SDKs, web beacons, file information and similar technology.
For example, we collect information about your device and its software and about the way you use the Service, such as the type of device, physical dimension, division ratio, CPU type, memory capacity, operating system version, version of Color Call Pro, when using Color Call Pro, crash information (such as defects that occurred), and unique ID for each Color Call Pro installed.
We do not permit third party online advertising networks to collect information about your use of our Service over time so that they may play or display advertising on our Service, on other devices you may use, neither on other websites, apps or services.
Aim: We may use the data collected through these technologies to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information, including advertising presented by the Comeondev; (c) identify you across multiple devices; (d) ensure and monitor the effectiveness of our Service; (e) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, usage, and demographic patterns on our Service for generating statistics (f) diagnose or fix technology problems; and (g) otherwise to plan for and enhance our Service.
2. SHARING INFORMATION
We may share your personal information with any organisation part of the Comeondev (at present or in the future), or with third parties (i) at your request, (ii) where they are subcontractors or advertisers, (iii) to comply with legislation, to carry out a contract with the user or to defend Comeondev against any type of harm. We transfer your personal information outside of the European Union, in order to be able to provide our users with the Service. The personal information may be transferred to countries which provide an adequate level of protection or, where this is not the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. 3. ADVERTISING AND AFFILIATE LINKS
We partner with third parties to suggest products or services in response to your search queries. If you click on such link, you will be taken to a third-party site or service and this Privacy Notice will no longer apply to information you provide to the third-party site or service.
4. YOUR CHOICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION
4.1. Data Retention
Unless stated otherwise in section 1 for a specific category of personal information, we will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you the Service and for thirty days thereafter for the purpose of further improving our technology and Service, after which the personal information will be deleted or anonymised.
4.2. Access to your Device Information
You may control the Service's access to your device information through your ''Settings'' app on your device. For instance, you can withdraw permission for the Service to access your microphone, photo stream and camera roll.
4.3. Your rights
In as far as imposed by applicable laws, you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of or restriction of processing of your personal information. Besides, you may be entitled to object to the processing of your personal information or to request data portability. Please contact us at comeondev@gmail.com if you wish to exercise your rights. Please be aware that we will not be able to delete any content you have shared with other users, with third parties or with social media sites.
Please note that you have at any time the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal information. To do so, please follow the following instructions: Turn off the ''Share personal information'' switch in Settings. Once you have withdrawn your consent to share personal information with us, you may still access and use the core functionality of the Color Call Pro, but certain features may not be available to you as they require personal information input to function and the overall effectiveness of the Color Call Pro may deteriorate.
You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing performed by Comeondev with a supervisory authority.
5. SECURITY AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION
Comeondev cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect and that we share with our service providers. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

This Privacy Policy applies beginning May 27, 2019. You may change your consent anytime in our App Settings.

At Free Cleaner we recognize that privacy is significant. This User Experience Program (“Policy”) applies to your use of the Free applications on all platforms (the “Application” or “Applications”), the related services we provide (“Services”) and the Site.

Free Cleaner (“us” or “we”) has created this Policy to explain our privacy practices so that you will understand what information about you is collected, used and disclosed with respect to the Applications, the Services and the Site.

By using Application, the Services or the Site, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy.

Personal Information includes your geographic area information, names, physical addresses, email addresses, telephone, fax, SSN, information stored within your Device and other information you transmit or receive using an Application, the Service and / or the Site which identifies you or another person.
b. Non-personal identification. We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our apps. Non-personal identification information may include the type of your phone and technical information about Users means of connection to our apps, such as the versions of phone model and other similar information.
    1 Session and Usage Data. "Session and Usage Data" is information about your use of an Application, the Services and / or the Site and includes, without limitation, connection and service-related data submitted to us through your use of an Application, the Services or the Site. Session and Usage Data includes information relating to the connection request, server communication and data sharing, including network measurements, quality of service, and date, time and area.     2 Log Data. When you interact with us or use an Application, the Services or our Site, our systems may automatically collect your unique User Device number, the IP address, type of browser or operating system you use, and the dates and times of your use ("Log Data").
    3 Aggregate Information. "Aggregate Information" is data we collect about a group or category of services or Users from which individual User identities have been removed. In other words, information on how you use the Applications, the Services and the Site may be collected and combined with information about how others use the Applications, the Services and the Site, but no personally identifiable information will be included in the resulting Aggregate Information. Aggregate Information helps us understand trends in our Users' needs so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor the Applications, the Services and the Site.
    4 Other Information. You may provide us with various information in connection with your interaction with our Services. For example, you may through tagging functionality report a phone number as spam or some other attribute to be included in spam blocking directories. We will collect the information you provide in connection therewith, as well as any other information you provide through the services or when you communicate or interact with us.

a. Personal Information- since we do not collect Personal Information, we may not use your personal information in any way.
b. Non- Personal Information. We may use Non-Personal Information for any purpose as below:
    1 To personalize user experience. We may use your Non- Personal Information to understand demographics, customer interest, and other trends among our Users;
    2 To help develop our service- We may use Non- Personal Information to provide, maintain, improve and modify the Applications, Services and the Site and develop new services, such as maintain User spam lists and build a community based spam blocking directory;
    3 To further develop Free Cleaner business. We may use Non- Personal Information for promotion and marketing purposes.

C. HOW YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED
a. Personal Information. In general, we use Session and Usage Data internally to serve our Users and enable them to take maximum advantage of the Applications, the Services and the Site. We do not store Personal Information and therefore we do not disclose your Personal Information.
b. Non-Personal Information. We may disclose Non-Personal Information to our trusted partners who shall comply with this privacy policy and the relevant privacy laws. We do not combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your unique User Device number).

In general, the Applications, the Services and the Site access third party information (such as your Facebook account information) through application interfaces. We may provide links to third-party Web sites, such as Facebook, as a service to our Users. The Site may also carry advertisements from other companies. When you click on links of third parties in an Application, the Services or the Site, you may leave the Application, the Services or the Site. We do not collect your information on and through and This Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of Web sites operated by third parties, whether they are linked to or otherwise accessible from an Application, the Services or the Site. Our partners may collect hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, advertising IDs (such as Google's AAID and Apple's IDFA, both of which are randomly generated numbers that you can reset by going into your device' settings), device language, operating system, time zones, and identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device.

F. USERS WITH WHOM YOU SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you share your information. We cannot, and do not, control the information you share with other Users using an Application, the Services or the Site (including via Forums) or how such other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.


G. SECURITY
Free Cleaner is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Information, and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable.

H. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Your Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities, and by using an Application, the Services or the Site you consent to the transfer of your Information to countries, including the United States, which may be outside of your country of residence and may provide for different and less stringent data protection rules than in your country. If you object to your Information being transferred or used as described in this Policy, please do not use any Application, the Services or the Site and immediately delete all Applications from your User Devices.

This permission is used to take photos of the intruders who want to snoop on your private apps. We will never upload any users’ pictures or videos.

- Change network connectivity

READ_CONTACTS

Free Cleaner  does not recognize or save users' contacts information for any programs. The only purpose is to help users block all annoying spam calls and provide powerful call assistance. We will never upload any users’ contacts information.

- Read the contents of your USB storage

This permission allows users to view files stored on their SD card. We promise that we will never disclose your privacy to any person or third party interest information.

- Read phone status

The only purpose of using this permission is to identify call status so that users can directly answer or hang up the phone calls. Phone status is not read for any other purposes.

This permission allows Free Cleaner  to protect private applications with AppLocker. Free Cleaner  won’t upload your privacy information.

This permission allows Free Cleaner  to make the phone vibrate once after users set the device on vibrate, confirming the setting has been turned on.

- Wake lock

This permission allows Free Cleaner  to keep the phone awake during a scanning.

- Modify or delete the contents of your USB storage

This permission allows users to delete files stored on their SD card. We promise that we will never disclose your privacy to any person or third party interest information.

This permission is used to close apps chosen by users with accessibility. This is only used to speed up user devices and no relative information will be uploaded.

This permission is only used in App Manager feature to help users install apps easily. Free Cleaner  won’t upload your privacy information.


J. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits user who are California residents to request certain information regarding disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. K. SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Welcome to the Color Call, displayed via the mobile application and online on the internet (together, the ''Service'') owned by Comeondev. By signing this document when first accessing our Service, you actively consent to this Privacy Notice.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE
In general.
If you consent thereto, we collect personal information from you in order to provide you with a personalized, useful and efficient experience, and also for advertising purposes. However, it is possible to enter into the Terms of Use Agreement with Comeondev without the provision of the below mentioned personal information, in which case you may still access and use the core functionality of the Color Call. However, certain features may not be available to you as they require personal information input to function and the overall effectiveness of the Color Call may deteriorate. Depending on your settings, the categories of information we collect include the categories of personal information as explained under 'further information'.
Further Information
1.1. Information we collect from third party apps.
Collection: We may receive personal information such as your IP address, information related to the installation source, statistics regarding you and personal information related to the crashing of your device from third parties and other entities of the Comeondev – such as app development platforms and tracking and analytics platforms - and combine that with information we collect through our Service. The personal information we receive from these apps is dependent upon the other apps' policies and your privacy settings on those apps. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on these apps and services before using them.
Aim: Comeondev receives reports on the abovementioned personal information from third parties and other entities of the Comeondev in order to solve crash problems and to optimise your user experience.
1.2. Usage information collected automatically
Collection: We, and our third-party partners, automatically collect certain types of usage information when you use our Service, read our emails, or communicate with us. We typically collect this information through a variety of technologies, including cookies, pixels, SDKs, web beacons, file information and similar technology.
For example, we collect information about your device and its software and about the way you use the Service, such as the type of device, physical dimension, division ratio, CPU type, memory capacity, operating system version, version of Color Call, when using Color Call, crash information (such as defects that occurred), and unique ID for each Color Call installed.
We do not permit third party online advertising networks to collect information about your use of our Service over time so that they may play or display advertising on our Service, on other devices you may use, neither on other websites, apps or services.
Aim: We may use the data collected through these technologies to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information, including advertising presented by the Comeondev; (c) identify you across multiple devices; (d) ensure and monitor the effectiveness of our Service; (e) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, usage, and demographic patterns on our Service for generating statistics (f) diagnose or fix technology problems; and (g) otherwise to plan for and enhance our Service.

We may share your personal information with any organisation part of the Comeondev (at present or in the future), or with third parties (i) at your request, (ii) where they are subcontractors or advertisers, (iii) to comply with legislation, to carry out a contract with the user or to defend Comeondev against any type of harm. b.     The Comeondev. This includes other brands owned or controlled by Comeondev and other companies owned by or under common ownership as Comeondev, which also includes our subsidiaries (i.e., any organization we own or control) or our ultimate holding company (i.e., any organization that owns or controls us) and any subsidiaries it owns. These companies will use your personal information in the same way as we can under this Privacy Notice;
c.     Subcontractors. This includes third party vendors, consultants and other service providers that perform services on our behalf, in order to carry out their work for us, which may include identifying and serving targeted advertisements, content or service fulfilment, assisting with voice recognition technology, or providing analytics services;
d.     Future parties to the Comeondev. Unless stated otherwise in section 1 for a specific category of personal information, we will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you the Service and for thirty days thereafter for the purpose of further improving our technology and Service, after which the personal information will be deleted or anonymised.

You may control the Service's access to your device information through your ''Settings'' app on your device. For instance, you can withdraw permission for the Service to access your microphone, photo stream and camera roll.
4.3. Your rights
In as far as imposed by applicable laws, you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of or restriction of processing of your personal information. Please be aware that we will not be able to delete any content you have shared with other users, with third parties or with social media sites.
Please note that you have at any time the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal information. Once you have withdrawn your consent to share personal information with us, you may still access and use the core functionality of the Color Call, but certain features may not be available to you as they require personal information input to function and the overall effectiveness of the Color Call may deteriorate.
You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing performed by Comeondev with a supervisory authority.
